Billow started with a simple conviction: that the food we eat should be made well, and that the people who make it should be proud of what they produce.
Located on East Market Street in New Albany, we've created a space where the rhythm of the bakery meets the intention of a well-curated grocer. Every loaf tells a story. Every shelf holds something we'd serve our own family.
We don't measure success by volume. We measure it by the regulars who know exactly what they want, and the newcomers who discover something they didn't know they were missing.
